Congratulations on making this choice! Let's work together to discover the root cause of your illness! During this visit we will spend about an hour getting to know YOU, hear what your goals are, what symptoms you're experiencing and what treatments you've had or are currently undergoing. This will be followed by a detailed exam, then a recommended course of treatment that will include; diet and lifestyle adjustments, acupuncture, meditation and breathwork to help you along your healing journey. At the end of this session we will treat you with our wonderful Wind It Down session. Our body has the ability to heal itself, we just need to stop interrupting the process. All sessions are enhanced with aroma and acoustic therapy.
